1. David Castillo
2. April 17, 1982 – October 4, 2026

With profound sadness we are announcing the sudden passing of our beloved David.

David, 44, of Iraan, Texas, was born on April 17, 1982, to Jose and Maricela Castillo and was raised in Houston, Texas. He started working at a very young age to provide for his family and to help with the household. David was a great husband, father, son, and brother. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him and was the most honest person around. His tough love was the greatest gift we could have ever asked for and his presence will be forever missed.

David was preceded in death by his beloved mom, Maricela “La Dona Blanca” Castillo, his favorite Tio, “Pancho”, and his BFF, Guaramo.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Jose Castillo; his loving wife, Debra Castillo; daughters, Yesenia Castillo and Aryann Rodriguez; sons, Francisco Castillo, and Avien Rodriguez; princess Evelyn Gomez; brothers, Jose Castillo and Daniel Castillo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026, starting at 1:00pm with Rosary at 6:00pm at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church-500 Blanton Street, Iraan.
