Helen Bond, 55, of Kermit and formerly of Crane, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at her home in Kermit.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane with Reverend Scott Ingram officiating. Burial will be in the Crane County Cemetery.
Helen was born on January 5, 1957 in Crane. She was a homemaker, and was a longtime resident of Crane. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son, Kyle Bond of Kermit; a daughter, Kayla Bond of Odessa; her mother, Sammie Hays of Crane; a sister, Pam Bush and her husband H.B. of Odessa; her nephew, Casey Bush of Odessa; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
