Jim Reynaud, 65 of Midland, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2011 in a Lubbock Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane with Reverend Tommy Parker officiating. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane.

Jim was born on October 18, 1945 in Shelby County, Tennessee. He was a Navy Veteran, serving in Vietnam. Jim was an oilfield chemical salesman; and had been deputy sheriff in Colorado City, TX.
Jim had lived in Midland for 16 years.

Survivors include his wife, Glee Reynaud of Midland; a son, Rob Story and his wife Amy of Austin, TX; one brother, Albert Reynaud of Billings, Montana; one sister, Lois Thomson of Austin, TX; and two grandsons, Owen and Keith Story, both of Austin, TX.
