Victoria Garcia Martinez

Victoria Garcia Martinez, affectionately known by many as "Queen Victoria," passed away July 27, 2026, at the age of 89.

Born March 23, 1937, in Fort Stockton, Texas, Victoria was the daughter of Isabel and Refugio Garcia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved sister, Andrea Ramirez; her brothers, Jesus Garcia, Refugio "Ralph" Garcia Jr., and Pedro Garcia; her nephew, Ruben Ramirez Sr.; and her niece, Carmelita Ramirez.

Victoria dedicated many years to her career as a beautician. Her talent and career brought many people into her life, forming friendships she treasured throughout the years.

Victoria was truly one of a kind-strong-willed, spirited, feisty, and full of personality. She had a sharp wit, a wonderful sense of humor, and a gift for making people laugh. Even at 89, she remained remarkably alert, spirited, and unmistakably herself.

Victoria leaves behind her daughter, Angela Dominguez; son-in-law, Michael Dominguez; and beloved grandchildren, Omar Garcia, Allyssa Dominguez, Arrianna Dominguez, and Alexa Dominguez, along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and colleagues.

Victoria will be remembered for her laughter, feisty spirit, strength, talent, love for her family, and unforgettable presence.

Services 

Rosary will be August 7, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 403 S. Main St., Fort Stockton, Texas at 9:30AM. Mass to Follow at 10:00AM. Interment of Ashes at 11:00 is to follow at The Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Cemetery.
